This five-week class series promotes a plant-based diet for preventing some of the most common chronic diseases as well as for effective and long-term weight loss. Delicious recipes that help lower cholesterol and blood pressure, control diabetes, reduce your risk of cancer, and even boost energy and mood are provided. Each class also includes evidence-based nutrition education, a cooking demonstration, and food sampling.
