With the arrival of summer comes picnics and barbecues. This class will include delicious and healthy salads and sandwich options prepared using only whole, plant-based ingredients. We will make chickpea salad sandwiches, potato salad, broccoli salad, and more. You will also learn a few simple no-oil salad dressings and a simple healthy plant-based mayonnaise. Lunch to follow the cooking demonstration — sampling all we have prepared.
