ACTAsia resources on humane education
We’ve just added two new quality resources by ACTAsia!
- “A Guide to Caring for Life Education – Adapting an Existing Model for Wider Use in Primary Schools” was developed by ACTAsia, based on their experience and methodology for introducing the Caring for Life Education (CFL) model in China, which may help and inspire others with their humane education work.
- “Nurturing Kindness Naturally: A Humane Education Program’s Effect on the Prosocial Behavior of First and Second Graders across China” by Dr. William Ellery Samuels, The City University of New York, documents some of the strongly positive impacts of ACTAsia’s Caring for Life humane education program and provides informative insights into the purpose and history of humane education.
We look forward to continuing to expand this library of materials to better support your advocacy efforts. Please send us suggestions of activist skills-building resources you’d like to see in this section!
