Laurie is a certified Food for Life Cooking and Nutrition Instructor through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. She has been following a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for 7 years and has never felt better. Join her for a series of four classes to learn how eating mostly plant-based foods can help women approaching menopause and beyond. She will be showing videos from doctors and dietitians with PCRM followed by cooking demos of delicious and easy recipes. Some of the topics discussed will be easing menopause symptoms, hormone-related cancers, foods and moods, and foods for a healthy heart.
