This workshop will build a network between organic producers and consumers (including establishments such as restaurants). We will discuss the challenges for people to choose organic and vegetarian diets as well as how to overcome these obstacles. We will have an organic vegan food sampling, demonstrating that vegan food is healthy, delicious, and affordable.
