Wellness Weekend for Women – Pipestem, WV

Do you need time away to concentrate on your health and wellness? Join us for a weekend of learning about nutrition and the power of your plate. Brenda Workman, Food for Life Instructor & Plant Based Enthusiast, will share important information from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. She will explain the health benefits of a plant-based diet and how to make this a lifestyle. Cooking demos via video will be shared, as well as recipes. Delicious plant-based meals will be served.
Caroline Simmons, Fitness Coach/Trainer/Instructor & Health Pro will be there to talk about the importance of movement in our lives. She will also lead us in Friday night’s dance party & Saturday’s stretches (for those who want to and are able to participate).
