8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This is a practical theoretical laboratory on self-care based 100% on medicinal plants. The laboratory will be divided into 2 moments. In moment 1 a presentation will be shared on the use of toxic cosmetic products and their harmful effects on health and their experimentation on animals, and the principles of 100% self-care with plants and vegetable preparations. Moment 2 is a practical workshop where we will prepare toothpaste and foot powder with plants.
