Syracuse Vegfest, hosted by Vegan CNY and sponsored by Strong Hearts Cafe, seeks to inspire people to reduce animal suffering, improve their health, and protect the environment by choosing a vegan lifestyle. The festival will include a food court highlighting some of Central New York’s most delicious vegan dishes — many offering free samples, cooking demonstrations with local chefs and home cooks, a kids’ area with programming and activities, shopping from vegan and vegan-friendly vendors, dynamic speakers on a variety of subjects, giveaways and coupons, and first-come, first-served SWAG bags. All of this and more, with free admission and free parking at the New York State Fairgrounds!
