Southwest High School’s Vegan Food Fair and Fashion Show will include a lunchtime vegan food sampling event and an afterschool program that features educational information, product sampling, and lots of fun promoting plant-based living. Hosted by the school’s Youth Vegan Revolution Club leader and biology teacher Michelle Roberts and New Options Food Group.
