Compassion Over Killing (COK) at the NBC4 and Telemundo Washington Health and Fitness Expo: Join us for this annual free event, which draws in thousands of people eager to learn more about healthy living! We’ll be distributing vegan recipes and other pro-veg materials along with free food samples, and we’ll be engaging with the crowd to talk about how plant-based is easy, delicious, and the best way to protect our health, the planet, and animals.
