Discover the world of health through plant-based eating. Topics range from digestion to blood pressure. Results are likely to be immediate and impressive. Each class will feature a video lesson, discussion, and the opportunity to taste plant-based dishes — usually following a cooking demonstration. Materials will be distributed each week, as well as recipes. Taught by Brenda Workman, Licensed Food for Life Instructor.
