You’ll receive: A Vegetarian Starter Kit: The Whys and Hows of a Healthier Diet; more than 30 delicious, low-fat recipes; a Food Planning and Shopping Guide; Tips on Achieving and Maintaining a Healthy Weight; and information on starting a 21-Day Vegan Kickstart program.
