Whole plant foods are a big key, but how do you incorporate them into daily life when our mommas didn’t raise us this way? You will learn and practice cooking methods and game-changing recipes that can catapult your journey at home towards a better, healthier life. Jill provides a welcoming, intimate atmosphere for ease of learning and attention to the individual. Small cooking classes and presentations on food planning and preparing and setting up systems for success are the focus. We are committed to supporting you, as you invest in exploring effective systems that support your whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle.
For the in-person retreat option, there will be an emphasis on walking on or near our North Beach in beautiful South Haven, Michigan. Times for sunset viewing are written into the agenda. COVID-19 precautions will be observed. Prices for the in-person retreat vary depending on the room selected.
