This evidenced-based approach to nutrition was developed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). It provides participants with tools for reversing disease that in the process typically lead to weight loss.
Our bodies are constantly being rebuilt and regenerated. Because of this, we can say that food is medicine. Wise, sensible food choices are often the start of improving our overall health. We realize that preparing healthy food is a learning process. Our teaching kitchen was created to facilitate that learning process through courses on meal planning and practical skills for busy lives.
