Join Food for Life Instructor Susannah Dickman to learn how eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains can help put you on the path to good health and be less expensive than diets fueled by processed, nutrient-poor products and fast food. The savings can happen in the short-term and in the long-term, measured not only by dollars but also in quality of life. The class includes a cooking demonstration and the opportunity to taste healthful, plant-based dishes. Each recipe is designed for people on a budget who may have minimal time or access to equipment.
