Join this 4-class series designed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Early in the pandemic, research found that people were much more likely to succumb to COVID-19 if they had an underlying health condition such as diabetes, obesity, or hypertension. However, the role of a plant-based diet in preventing and reversing these conditions was largely absent from virus mitigation discussions. These classes will deliver important nutrition information for optimal health to people who need it most during the pandemic and beyond.
