This class series is focused on using whole foods to fight diabetes. Dennis Jones is a diabetes lifestyle coach, Food For Life instructor, and motivational speaker who coaches clients worldwide. This cooking program will consist of information provided through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). All recipes are salt-, oil-, and (refined) sugar-free (SOS). By learning to fight the impact of diabetes by eating whole-food, plant-based (vegan), we improve the health of people and the environment.
