Attendees will work through their relationships with food, food triggers, and openness to plant-based foods. A segment on the plant-based vegan lifestyle and its benefits will include vegan food samples and a bonus session on meal prepping vegan meals on a budget. The admission fee includes an Awaken The Healthiest You workbook and a Green Smoothie Essentials book with information and recipes.
