About Dr. Stoll: Dr. Stoll is the co-founder of The Plantrician Project, the International Plant-Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, the International Journal of Disease Reversal and Prevention, and the Regenerative Health Institute. He is a member of the Google FoodLab and serves on the advisory board of Whole Foods.
Dr. Stoll has authored several books, including Your Next Bite, and published numerous scientific articles. He’s appeared on shows and documentaries such as a 2018 PBS Food As Medicine special (as host), The Dr. Oz Show, Eating You Alive, Wait Till It’s Free, and The Game Changers. And, he was a member of the 1994 U.S. Olympic bobsled team.
